Interesting how they changed their tune after they were losing the deal. Also, Chris couldn't talk to the witch today she was "out of the office"Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06700707918103995555noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7003675129546474713.post-33699775977052053532008-05-16T18:26:00.000-07:002008-05-16T18:26:00.000-07:00Lawsuit worthy? What I can't figure out is why, in this horrible market for sellers, the sellers' agent wouldn't jump at the chance to move escrow to a title company that would get the deal done. I know this is not what you and Chris want to hear (now that the loan is done), but if I were the buyers' agent, I would have made the deal contingent on the deed being drafted as the buyers wanted and I would now threaten to back out of the deal if the property wasn't titled as I insisted.Thayer & Associateshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08686370803793704379noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7003675129546474713.post-32266584754970595162008-05-15T09:12:00.000-07:002008-05-15T09:12:00.000-07:00I think it is I don't know about Jeff.I think it is I don't know about Jeff.Thayer & Associateshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08686370803793704379noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7003675129546474713.post-1263243138359485922008-05-14T15:29:00.000-07:002008-05-14T15:29:00.000-07:00Holy Crap! They didn't share a bed room as far as any of us knew, but this is stupid!
