Top Ten Tuesday topic - baby names edition. Please share the top ten baby names you didn't get to use because of spousal/mother in law conflict. We'd love to hear any interesting stories you've got to go along with them, too.

1-Norman- It's my grandpa's name and my husband didn't like it... But that's okay. We named our daughter after my other grandpa, Emery Lee. Also my middle name is Lee and my grandpa's brother's name was Lee.
2-Mia- Because I think we should spell it Mea. Like it sounds people! Plus I knew that was not my daughter’s name.
3-River- I heard a mom calling after her son. RIV RIV RIV... I instantly took the name off our list.
4-Baily-Husaband liked it... But that was the name of my high school boyfriend’s dog!
5-September-Husband liked it... It was his "friends" name before we met. I don't think so!
6-Bella- I couldn't do it after reading Twilight. She's the main character. But I love the idea of Isabella and calling her Bella.
7-Jonah- I don't know why he doesn’t like this one. Maybe I'll beg on our next boy. I love it!
8-Darwin- My husbands Dad's middle name and grandpas name. Hello... DARWIN! Do I have to explain?
9-Luke- I love this name but I had a huge crush on a Lucas in high school so I would think of him every time I called after my son.
10-Thomas- My husband still wants to name a son after him. I refuse... I can only handle on name per family!
By the way, my husband didn't like Norman for a boy. :)
