If a child were to pour an entire bottle of nail polish into their hair, thinking it was some sort of styling product, and then rubbed it in and combed it and rubbed in in some more and then let it dry, how exactly would you go about fixing that problem?
I'm going to go find the scissors now. Please share your suggestions.

oh man! Who was it?! Only then can I give suggestions! haha! jk!
Sadly...all I can think of is shaving all that hair off and then using polish remover on the scalp. I have no idea if washing hair in remover would help at all or just melt the hair. Yikes! Is there any chance this was a male child?
Any chance mommy tears or shampoo might help?

I would try a hot oil treatment. (Vo5) and then wash wash wash. Don't put any nailpolish remover in it or any harsh chemicals. If this won't work...BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Oh...and you should take pictures.
